How Do You Record Your Workouts and Eats?
Yesterday, Erin hipped us to some pretty high-tech, high-falutin’ sites that track everything from what you put into your body to how many calories you to burn. Some even provide coaching and social support to better help you reach your health goals. While I’m a big fan of digital food journaling (I have to admit that PeerTrainer is my fave from Erin’s list yesterday—sign up for our free team here!), I also love tracking my workouts on the hanging wall calendar on my fridge.
