Do You Work Out to Be Better in the Sack?

Earlier this week, I reviewed a rather, ahem, sexy workout. While most of us report looking and feeling attractive as one of our top reasons to go to the gym, I’m not sure how much I correlate “the deed” with the gym. (After reviewing the DVD that has changed, I’ll admit, as I sometimes have flashbacks of Tera Patrick while doing cobra.) But what about you?

As usual, feel free to leave PG (or, really, PG-13—innuendos are always fun) comments below! —Jenn

It’s not solely why I do it, but I do think that I’m hoping for a little more stamina and flexibility.

I definitely feel better about my body (and how desirable I feel) when I’m fit, but I definitely don’t work out for that purpose. I certainly don’t think about sex when I’m working out!

I have to say I don’t think about ‘the sack’ while at the gym… but when I’m doing the deed regularly I notice some good tone to my body afterwards and sometimes it’s in weird places! One night I had a marathon and I found my arms so sore the next day! It was rather funny! I think I’ll have to keep doing whatever I did that night! LoL
