A few days ago, we told you about a study that found that working out can make you feel better about yourself. Whether you’re in the best shape of your life or have a ways to go to be your best physical self, Erin and I deeply believe that regular exercise not only does the body good, but it also does the psyche good! I always feel better about myself when I’m doing my cardio daily and hitting the weights regularly. But how about you?

As always, add your two cents in the comments below! —Jenn

Not moments ago I returned from the gym, the sweat stains haven’t dried as yet nor have I had the chance to shower. I commented to my boyfriend as I entered our apartment that the gym always feels so good when I arrive home – just knowing that I worked out is the best part of working out.
