		<description>I LOVE running, but when it comes to tracks and treadmills, it just doesn&#039;t cut it for me.  To me, running is all about exploring new areas and running new trails.  Good post.</description>

		<description>There is a Rails to trails that runs on Highway 80 East from the Bull River Bridge to Fort Pulaski (Savannah to Tybee Island, GA).  It&#039;s wonderful -- it runs righ down the salt marsh and you can see Great Blue Heron, Ibis, Diamond Back Turtles, mink, etc.</description>
