Fighting for the Cure
When most people think of breast cancer, they think of women: Women battling the disease and the legions of women who are fighting for a cure. But men can be victims of the disease, too. And men also suffer when a close loved one is fighting the disease. We recently came across Men for a Cause, the only national organization focused on the male survivor and co-survivors of breast cancer. The organization was founded to educate, motivate, empower and mobilize men in the battle against breast cancer in men and women. In the war against cancer, we need all hands on deck.
