In order to keep the team fun and as a means for all of us to reach our goals, we set monthly challenges. Last month, we challenged the team to eat seven to nine servings of fruits and veggies a day. And now that it’s July, we have our eyes set on something that we could all use a little more of in our busy lives—”me” time! July’s goal is to get 15 minutes of time just for you, doing whatever the heck you want. It can be working out, reading, meditating, watching bad reality TV or just daydreaming. The sky is the limit—it just has to rejuvenate and be good for the soul. Sounds fabulous, right?
