The Facebook Workout

I no longer feel ashamed admitting I’m a Facebook fanatic. Everyone and their dog now has a page, so I can comfortably say that the site pretty much acts as my number one daytime entertainment source. Now I’m finding out Facebook has invaded the workout world, so you can bet I’m on board! I credit FitSugar for this clever little find. Donny D-fine takes you through a nine-minute workout that is filled with hilarious moves you’ll easily recognize if you’re a junkie like me.
