WLC Class 2: Cooking Healthy Recipes

healthy recipesI really like to cook, and trying new healthy recipes is actually a way for me to relax after a hard day of work. However, I know that for many, this little quirk makes me a bit of a freak. A healthy-cooking freak. But, in our last FBG Weight-Loss Challenge class, I think that we had so much fun whipping up healthy pancakes, protein pie, nutritious quiche and a French toast smoothie that even the cooking haters saw that cooking really can be fun. Not to mention easy, fast, healthy and—most importantly—totally tasty.
