Biggest Loser Episode 7 Recap: Push It Good!

bl-train*SPOILER ALERT* This post reveals details from last night’s The Biggest Loser episode. So if you don’t want to know the dramatic details and results, click away, my friend, click away!

I’m just going to go ahead and say it. Last night’s weigh-in on The Biggest Loser was one of the best I’ve ever seen. Not only was it dramatic (oh, the cliff hangers at commercial breaks!), but Jillian kind of—OK, totally—humped Bob in happiness at Arthur’s ridiculous weight-loss for the week, which is pretty much our dream. So kudos to Jillian. We wish we were you.

We also got to spend more time with the trainers and the Unknowns, whom I shall now call the Mostly Unknowns as we do kind of know them now. Cara called Rulon out on some issues, and he vowed to never gain the weight back. Brett’s cuteness has begun to grow on me, but, at this time unfortunately, Cara’s voice has really been grating on me. (I continue to give her the benefit of the doubt though because girlfriend did get some great results early in the season.) Oh, and I think I’m officially sick of seeing BL contestants box.

Also on the show was a lot of pushing. From pushing a train to pushing Jillian’s truck, I couldn’t get this Salt ‘n Pepper song out of my head. It was awesome. For more info on last night’s episode, be sure to check out the episode seven recap video below by Mark Pinhasovich from BL season 10!
