Your March Challenge: Do Something New
Today is the first day of a new month, and you know what that means, right? A new SparkPeople FBG team challenge! And just like in past months when we’ve encouraged you to do something slightly out of your comfort zone for your health, this month we’re asking you to do four things. That’s right, March’s challenge is for you to try a new health- or fitness-related thing each week! Whether it’s trying a new exotic vegetable, checking out a killer class on the BOSU (like these Lululemon folks are doing at left) or even trying to run a faster mile, we’re challenging you to do something new that pushes you out of your everyday health routine.
