Do You Work Out on the Weekends?
We all have our own preferences and a unique balance when it comes to our workouts. Some like to work out in the mornings. Some squeeze in a jog over lunch. Others work out in the evening. And I know we have a lot of readers who squeeze in little bits of activity here and there, where they can and when they can. But it seems that on the weekends, our schedules—and our preferences—are a little more relaxed, as we have much more control over our free time than we do during the work week.
But maybe that’s just my own experience and feelings talking, as I tend to take it a little easier on the weekend and work around the house or in the yard, instead of going to the gym. What about you though? Do you use the extra time on the weekends for your workouts? Or relax a bit, like me?
