Does a Good Hair Day Stop You From Working Out?

Are you more likely to work out when your hair is already in a ponytail? Credit: lululemon athletica

A couple of days ago, FBG Kristen got real about good hair days and how they can make even the fittest of girls think twice about getting sweaty. To avoid this problem myself, I usually work out in the mornings before I shower. (My hair always looks a mess when I wake up, so it’s perfect.) I have to admit though that on the days where I need to work out in the afternoon and my hair looks fabulous, I’m kind of sad about ruining the ‘do. While I won’t normally skip a workout because of it, I might dial it back a notch or even do some non-sweaty workout like yoga or Pilates instead of a run. What about you?

These comments should be fun, if not a bit hairy (haha). So…elaborate away! —Jenn
