We teased you about it last week, and now it’s time to unveil FBG Life! FBG Life is the new weight-loss and healthy living program taught through live online classes on Learn It Live. Now, if ya’ll remember the FBG Weight-Loss Challenges we did last year, this program is a revamped version of that, but instead of requiring a team in the U.S., now the classes will be offered to anyone around the world. Meaning that now we can reach so many more people and in a format that is designed specifically for online learning. So whether you have a huge support system or are looking to make a change on your own, we can help!
In a nutshell (Help! I’m in a nutshell!), FBG Life is a six-week virtual weight-loss and wellness program that will help you to become a true Fit Bottomed Girl who’s healthy from the inside out—all in the company of other like-minded ladies for support! We’ll meet live (and classes will be recorded in case you can’t “be there”) in an online classroom for an hour once a week for six weeks. During classes, I’ll present the FBG Life curriculum through PowerPoints and live audio/video, and participants will have the opportunity to interact with one another and me through online chat, video, audio and virtual breakout “rooms” for specific group and partner activities. The technology is pretty dang cool, and from being able to virtually raise your hand to sharing your successes and talking through your struggles with me and other FBG Life participants, it’s going to be amazing.

Time: 8 p.m. – 9 p.m. EST (Classes are recorded and can be watched later, although live participation is best. Class times may run over occasionally for questions.)
