Strawberry and Banana Sundae Salad: The Salad
It’s the perfect dessert for the lactose-intolerant folk out there!
Ingredients
1 c banana, sliced
2 c strawberries, chopped
1/4 c dark-chocolate chips, finely chopped
1/4 c caramel chips, finely chopped
1/4 c Spanish peanuts, chopped
1 8 oz can pineapple chunks
Directions
- Toss the banana, strawberries, chocolate chips, caramel chips and peanuts together in a large mixing bowl. Add pineapple (including the juice) to the bowl and toss to mix.
- Chill up to 2 hours before serving. Do not store overnight, as leftovers tend to get soggy.
