Biggest Loser 13 Episode 10: Switching Trainers and Dolvett in Tights

I can’t believe it. TWO feel-good episodes in a row? Man, it’s like the real The Biggest Loser is back and on our TVs! Hooray!

Sure, Conda is still conniving and the players are being very, very candid about alliances and game play (hey, at least it’s being discussed in the open and at the elimination table), but overall last night’s episode was a good reminder of what The Biggest Loser should be all about. Namely, changing lives (Buddy’s story? There aren’t enough tissues in the world…) and googling attractive men. Oh, wait, did I actually type that? I did.

Yes, when Dolvett took his new team (side note: I thought the trainers really handled switching teams really well, as did the red team. The black team though? They just got whiney—but eventually came around) to a ballet class he actually donned tights. Can you say heaven? Because we can. And then, at the weigh-in, where just about everyone pulled a low number, Bob and Dolvett were rocking ties. And Bob had hipster glasses. So cute.

Other highlights from last night’s BL13 episode? Mud. Oh, the mud challenge looked like a blast. A really dirty blast, but a super-fun one at that. And while the vote-off was pretty emotional, it’s clear that alliances have formed (girls minus Conda vs. everyone else), and the game is all about winning. Instead of voting off the less-competitive player Chris, the red team voted off Cassandra.
