A Yin Yang Fusion Workout to Try (& 5 DVD Giveaway!)

jessica smithSome say that “a girl can never have too many shoes,” and while that is true, we prefer the phrase, “a girl can never have too many workout moves.” Which is why we’re psyched to share this video clip today! The amazingly talented Jessica Smith and Sensei Guillermo Gomez (remember them from this workout DVD?) created a video just for FBG readers.

The below video features a few of the duo’s favorite moves from their new workout DVD The Yin Yang Fusion Workout. A little boxing, a little cardio, a little strength and a lot of fun—enjoy it! Oh, and be sure to check back in tomorrow when we review another one of their titles!

    This looks like an interesting workout, but the best part is Sensei Guillermo Gomez I think I could listen to him talk all the time, his voice is so soothing I want to have him read me bedtime stories.

    That was a nice long clip–thank you! I don’t have any DVDs that combine everything like this does. I’m a fan of Jessica’s and have several of hers, including the kickboxing, which I love. I didn’t know the plies I’m doing are also called “horse stance”! They are effective. I do some Tai Chi with my Classical Stretch, but this does look good. Also first time seeing Guillermo with Jessica–yes, they do make a cute couple! Would love to win this! Thanks for the chance.

    I try to incorporate a little bit of peaceful stretching at the end of a tough workout, but I could definitely incorporate more yin and yang in my workouts. Thanks for the giveaway!

    I tend to be a bit one-dimensional with running and not too much else when I am training for bigger events. I am trying to do better at incorporating more cross-training this year. This sounds like a good rest/cross-training day workout to still get a little cardio, and some strength training in!

    Wow it reminds me of wen I took martial arts when I was younger with my kidlets. I used to have so much fun learning those moves and it allowed me to express myself so well

    I’m 7.5 months pregnant and can NOT wait to start working out again. I’d never heard of these workouts, but it looks fun and the accent is catchy! :) I’m looking forward to mixing up my routine, once I’m released and think that I could become addicted to this workout!

    I normally do a Jillian Michaels DVD and then follow up with a yoga DVD. A little yin and yang, hard and relaxing. I would definately like to try these!

    This looks like a great workout, I have a number of Jessica Smith’s workout DVDs but none with her husband (who is a hottie). I try to mix my workouts up mix a little kickbox in.
