Biggest Loser 13 Episode 14: The White House and Some Surprises

*SPOILER ALERT* This Biggest Loser 13 recap reveals details from last night’s episode. So if you don’t want to know the dramatic details and who was voted off of Biggest Loser 2012, click away, my friend, click away!

Can we just say how surprising last night’s episode of The Biggest Loser was? Dang! First, the makeover week fun continued at the White House with Michelle Obama cracking jokes during a workout with the contestants (“Can the First Lady get a towel?” Ha!). She seemed so down to earth and fit. Her burpees were awesome, too! So fun to see.

Then, there was Chris’ meltdown after calling Santa and him asking her to come home. (Note to Santa: You’re on our naughty list this year!) Chris reverted back to old habits when she decided to comfort herself with food. Lots of food. (In fact, we’re still wondering how she got all that food. The burger and sandwich clearly looked like room service, but the big jars of mayo and peanut butter? No clue.) While not a high point for her, it resulted in a two-pound gain on the scale and a pretty intense heart-to-heart with Bob where he stressed to her the importance of getting healthy for HER and the opportunity to learn from mistakes—instead of letting them reinforce negative and self-defeating thoughts about yourself. Amen, Bob!

At the end of the BL13 episode though, it was Kim and Chris below the yellow line, and the group rather surprisingly decided to keep Kim at the Ranch, even though she’s clearly the bigger threat. During the weigh-in, Bob admitted that Conda has really grown and evolved into a better version of herself over the weeks on the show. Time will tell whether or not that’s true, but her keeping Kim there is certainly a start. (Can you tell Kim’s our favorite?)

Oh, and next week is the crazy we’ve all been waiting for—the walk off! First reported back in late February on TMZ, next week we’ll finally get to see what that whole mess is about. Buckle your seat-belts, kids!
