Welcome to the First-Annual Fit Bottomed Earth Week!
When it comes to being truly healthy, fitness is just a part of the equation. In addition to being active, good nutrition, enough sleep, reducing stress and taking time to have fun is key. As is—in our minds—making sure that our environment is as fit and healthy as it can be, too. From getting toxins out of our food supply and choosing more natural products whether they be cosmetics or cleaning supplies, it just makes good sense. Which is why this week we’re dedicating all of our posts to making a fit Earth! (Why should our bottoms have all the fun?)
This whole week we’ll be reviewing some green fitness products, talking about eco-friendly gyms and workouts, and each of the FBGs will be blogging about different green aspects of their lives—plus more fun fit Earth stuff!
