If you’ve been a long time reader of FBG, you know how much we LOVE Bob Harper. No other fitness professional on the planet quite makes us swoon like Bob. His Southern charm. That smile. His encouragement. Those blue eyes. And, of course, that, ahem, body. So when I had the chance to work out and hang with him for his new online Bob Harper LIVE training program, the whole FBG team flipped. We’ve all talked to Bob in one way or another—email interviews, Twitter, on the phone, in person—but never like this before. Never for more than five or so minutes. But this was a bona fide half day with Mr. Harper!
Because the experience was all too much awesome for just one post or two—and because, let’s be honest, we want to relive every single morsel of this delicious experience for, like, forever—we’re dedicating this entire week to Bob Harper. We’ll still do our usual review posts and such this week, but each afternoon there will be a bonus Bob Harper post that will take you play-by-play and goodie-by-goodie through the experience. Because, as much as we love Bob and want him all for ourselves, we knew we HAD to share with all of you who have enjoyed/endured our Bob obsession over the years. It’s only right! (And how Bob would want it, we think.)
