They say the twos are terrible, but we beg to differ! Fit Bottomed Mamas turns two this week, and well, it couldn’t be more terrific. Lots has happened since our sister site started two years ago—we’ve seen both sites grow big time, Erin has popped out two little ones, and we’ve been able to help women and their families to be healthier, happier and, we hope, have just a bit more fun.
Just like we preach “all good things in moderation” here, on Mamas we take the approach that moms know what’s best when it comes to raising their kiddos. Sure, it’s hard work sometimes and mom guilt has a tricky way of sneaking in, but when you take time for yourself, listen to your gut and make health a priority, the whole fam benefits!
