New Healthy Snacks: KIND Nuts & Spices

Okay, we’re obsessed. Of all of the new healthy snacks we tried and liked, The KIND Nuts & Spices bars were our ultimate favorite because they were just so darn different. With a simple and clean ingredient list that features real foods and only four to five grams of sugar (!) with six to seven grams of protein per bar, we’re simply amazed at how tasty these are. Not overly sweet like some bars, they’re seasoned with really tasty spices like Madagascar vanilla, ginger, cinnamon and sea salt.

With about 200 calories a bar, they’re not low-cal, but they are filling with about five grams of fiber each. While Dark Chocolate Nuts & Sea Salt and Dark Chocolate Cinnamon Pecan were really tasty, it was Madagascar Vanilla Almond and Cashew & Ginger Spice that stole the show. Madagascar Vanilla Almond had a really unique vanilla almost marshmallow taste to it, and Cashew & Ginger Spice was simply spicy and lovely. If you’re a healthy foodie in the least, we’re confident you’ll adore these as much as we did!

    Interesting list of products here, but surely all you need in a gym bag is a banana, a shaker of chilled milk and a few scoops of protein powder ready to add to the milk? It doesn’t get much better than that for a post workout treat!
