Quiz time! It’s hard to put any one person in a box, but when it comes to exercise, there are some defining personality traits that can affect your workouts and your ability to stick to an exercise routine. Where you like to work out, what classes you like to take and what tunes you most identify with can say a lot about you and your exercise personality!

So read on to take a short quiz (write down your answer for each of the eight questions) to see what type of exerciser you are—and how you can use your fitness personality to your advantage!
