Thanks for a super useful link (the one about rotating your greens). I have been sick all summer and I’ve had to cut way back on my favorite food, raw kale salad. I’m thinking after reading this that I’ll just abstain from kale for a few weeks and then eat it cooked only for some time…I LOVE it but this sick every morning thing is bringing me down. I wish the article had linked to some real research but as a lay person’s advice, it has some sense to it anyway.
