If you have a foam roller, it’s pretty safe to say that you probably have a love/hate relationship with it. Am I right, or am I right? The little effers hurt, but they do sooo much good! Just a few minutes on mine, and I’m wincing in pain and then, as soon as it’s over, I feel like frollicking around because my legs feel so fresh and new.
As I’ve been training for this upcoming 10K and running more and more, I’ve made a point to foam roll more often (especially after sheepishly confessing that I have a hard time with stretching regularly…). And the difference? Well, it’s been awesome. And that’s what today’s Friday Fit Tip is all about: getting the most out of your foam roller!
