You know, we talk a lot about being healthy and losing weight, but we haven’t really discussed one of the hardest aspects of weight-loss: maintenance. Kelly did a fab post earlier this week on how to maintain your weight-loss for life, but we thought that it would be fun in today’s poll to ask about your experience. If you’ve lost weight before, is keeping it off hard, easy or somewhere in between? Do tell!

    I’m so happy I found this site! I need to figure out how to lose the weight and KEEP IT OFF… ugh.

    Acctually, maintenance is the EASY part for me! After losing 35 lbs overtime (now I am planningto lost more to get into a healthy range), I stayed within about a 6 lb range (normal fluctuations for me)for months! I’m on the way back down. Honestly, I didn’t make much of an effort in order to maintain, though I am vegan, so I eat VERY healthfully on a regular basis.
