6 Fit Gifts Worth Giving

2. Complete Runner’s Day-By-Day Log 2013 Calendar. We know, we know. There are like a gazillion cool apps out there these days that tracks workouts and runs, but if you’re buying for a runner, why not go a bit old school with an actual runner’s log and calendar? This one is pretty basic, but well thought out with places to put your notes, location, time and distance of every run for every day of the year. In addition, your fit gift recipient will also get weekly tips and monthly pep talks on everything from running progress and quality to the role your mind plays in your jogs. There’s also a way to track your mileage in bar-graph format over the course of the year and a race record to keep tabs on all of your PRs. It’s pretty groovy and totally affordable.

Best for: The runner in your life who likes to track mileage, set goals and get inspired year round.

Love this!! My sister and I always give each other fitness-y gifts to help us stay motivated. It was my birthday yesterday and I’m out off town- she actually sent a book to my kindle! We’re obsessed 🙂 The book is pretty cool too. It’s called “Nutritional Alignment” have you ladies heard anything about it? Here’s the link thing if you want to see it, I’d love to hear your take. My sister and I read you religiously!
