Are You At Your Happy Weight?
Earlier this month, we shared a few of our top tips for finding your “happy weight.” Now, don’t get it twisted. To us, “happy weight” is more of a feeling or a comfortableness in your own skin rather than some unrealistic, ideal number you’re chasing. After all, no matter your size and the number on the scale, you can—and should—be happy. You should never put off being and feeling your best until you lose 10 pounds, get the promotion, or any other scenario that starts with “I’ll be happy when…”
With that said though, we know ya’ll know what we mean when you just feel comfortable and right with your body, right? When the jeans fit well and getting dressed doesn’t take 10 outfit changes, and you don’t hate on any part of yourself? Well, that’s what we think your “happy weight” really is.
