4 Fitness Trends for 2013

1. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Less is more with HIIT classes. This fast yet highly effective workout gets you in shape quickly by burning up to five times more calories AFTER your exercise is over! These workouts burn both a high level of calories and fat, by combining short durations of high-intensity exercises with a bout of rest following them, and continuing the cycle for the duration of the workout. The varied exercises and intervals are extremely challenging during the workout, but the results are even more rewarding. You can try your hand at a HIIT class in the convenience of your own home with Flirty Girl Fitness LIVE’s Tabata, combining 20-second microbursts of the highest intensity workouts, with a 10-second rest for recuperation for the ultimate fat burn.
