What’s Your Favorite Temperature to Run in?

Do you like bundling up and going for a run? Or prefer balmier conditions? Credit: lululemon athletica
Seeing that yesterday FBG Kristen shared a Friday Fit Tip on how you should always consider the weather when setting your pace for a run or race, we figured it might be fun to ask ya’ll about your ideal outdoor running temperature. People seem to be pretty opinionated and varied about it—for example, I love to run at like 40 degrees (no warmer than 60 ideally!), while FBG Tish loves to jog when it’s 60+ out. But tell us what you think!
Keep dishing on why you like running in that temp best in the comments. Would love to hear your chilly or balmy reasoning! —Jenn

i run best with temps in the 40s, or colder if it’s dry. The more above 60 it is, the less I prefer it.
Love the 50s. But here in Scottsdale, AZ, anything in the 70s or lower makes me happy.
Being a UK guy, I don’t use Fahrenheit, so I just made a guess: Crisp but cool! That sounds about right, although give or take 10 degrees and I’ll do fine. Too cold my lungs hurt, too hot and I just hurt!
Have a great day
