Best mind/body yoga DVDs: Canyon Ranch Yoga for Strength & Energy and Element Yoga for Energy & Relaxation. I love yoga DVDs that help me get into a better state of mind, and these definitely did the trick. —Kristen

Best advanced workout DVD: Breathless Body, Volume 2: The Edge, Amy Dixon.  Amy Dixon’s Breathless Body: Volume 2 is one of the best workout DVDs I’ve done, and I encourage each Fit Bottomed guy or gal to try it out. The best part is there are no weights involved, so it can be done anywhere. —Raquel

Best empowering workout: willPower and Grace. This hour-long DVD brings together your philosophical and physical side in a program that’ll engage everything from your toes to your self-control. It’s one of the first workouts that I’ve done that truly embraces the body and soul, and continuously focuses on the whole person—and not only what you perceive in the mirror. —Raquel

Best new Bob workout: Totally Ripped Core. You know Bob had to be on the list, right? Right. Bob does it yet again with this challenging workout that hits more than just the core—it challenges the whole body. And those baby blues and that smile… —Jenn

Best circuit workout DVD: Hard Body, Jillian Michaels. It’s hard to have Bob without Jillian, eh? But this workout DVD firmly stands on its own two feet. The workouts in Hard Body are what you’d expect from Jillian—plus. The moves are insanely unique, the circuits are challenging and the sweat is plentiful. —Jenn

Best active gaming: We loved getting our groove on to our Kinect Just Dance game. —Erin
