Following our kindergarten theme for our Five-Year Birthday Week (five!), today we are bringing you the ABCs of being an FBG. Do these things—no, live these—and, well, we pretty much guarantee that you’ll be healthy and happy—and having a darn good time. So sing it with us now…A, B, C. It’s easy as 1, 2, 3…
ABCs of Being an FBG
A: All good things in moderation.
B: Believe that you can.
C: Create your best and healthiest life.
D: Ditch the scale.
E: Encourage others.
F: Forgive your past mistakes.
G: Give back.
H: Honor your hunger.
I: Imagine the possibilities.
J: Joke with others; joke with yourself.
K: Keep a lid on the junk in the trunk. (But don’t get rid of the junk entirely!)
L: Love your workouts, healthy eats—and your life.
M: Make the most of each day.
N: Never give up.
O: Open yourself to new experiences.
P: Practice what you preach.
Q: Quit the negative self-talk.
R: Relish your awesomeness.
S: Set goals.
T: Take a chance.
U: Uncover your hidden talents.
V: Visualize your success.
W: Work out to feel good.
X: X out the doubt—you can do anything you put your mind to.
Y: Yo-yo is a toy; not a way of life.
Z: Zumba like no one is watching.

I absolutely loved these ABCs of being a fit bottomed girl. This is actually one of the first posts I’ve read about FBG, but it’s right in line with how I strive to live my life. It inspired me to come up with letters to spell my name, so I thought I would share mine:
S: strong instead of skinny
A: attempting new things everyday
R: run because you love it!
A: always have fun
H: happiness with yourself
