Sorry about the off-key singing (It’s the thought that counts, right?), but we just had to share in the celebration: Fit Bottomed Mamas turns three today! That’s right, three years ago today, we FBGs (with special kudos to the mom of the group, FBG Erin, who spearheads things over there!) started FBM as a place for all mamas and mamas-to-be to go for sane and healthy advice and motivation for raising babies (and families!) without going crazy. A place to ditch the mom guilt. A place to take care of yourself. A place to get tips to make life easier—and healthier. A place for Fit Bottomed Mamas!
