If you need a new goal to get you out, moving and having fun (really, that’s the most important thing of all!), there’s nothing better than a themed run or race. No matter what you’re into — zombies, tutus, being a princess, mud — there’s something for you. And we know from first-hand experience that doing one of these themed runs is a FABULOUS time. And training for one can give new purpose to your workouts. Meaning, you want to do them. Which rocks.
It used to be that regular marathons and half marathons were the most popular races, but this new crop of fun events are taking over that most-popular spot, according to Eventbrite. And for this special You Can Do It Week post, we wanted to share a little infographic on why.
