Yes! Change Is Easy! (Or, at Least Easier With These Cards)

If you’ve got goals — and hopefully you do because goals are awesome — you probably know that you can’t usually just set a goal and then have it magically happen. You have to work at it, chip away at it and keep yourself motivated and on track along the way. And that last part — staying motivated — can be the hardest. After all, when it’s 5 a.m. and your alarm goes off, it’s sooo easy to hit snooze instead of getting up and getting that workout in.
