Guys. Guys. Were you aware that there are a few full-length Jillian Michaels’ workouts on the Lionsgate BeFit YouTube channel? We were just hipped to this and oh my goodness. You can now do the Level 1 workout in its entirety from Jillian Michaels’ Shred It With Weights workout DVD. For free. Yes — free! (This was a little tidbit of info we just had to share for New Year New Rear Week!)

Now, this boot camp-style workout uses a kettlebell or a free weight, and even though it includes variations for beginners and advanced users, we recommend you be familiar with how to swing kettlebells properly (this advice still holds true!). That said, once you have proper form down, this is a pretty challenging series of arm presses, squats, lunges, explosive dead lift rows, aerobic intervals and dynamic stretches that’ll have you feeling the oh-so good burn. If you’re looking for a 30-minute workout that’ll get results for that New Year’s resolution, this would be it!
