The #FBGAntiDiet Challenge: Fit Bottoms Come in All Shapes and Sizes
For this week’s #FBGAntiDiet motivational quote we wanted to give ya’ll something to ponder, especially as the Olympics are set to kick off TONIGHT!
So often we get in the mindset that we have to be a certain size or shape or have a magic number pop up on the scale in order to be fit or even attractive. But as you watch all of the Olympic sports over the next few weeks, take a look at all of the uber amazing and beautiful women who are doing uber amazing and beautiful things. Do they all look the same? Do they all have ripped arms or a flat stomach? Do they all wear a size 6? What does their body do for them?
The Olympics are always super inspiring, but we love how watching them can help you to get in touch with your inner athlete. The one who wants to do her best and live her best and healthiest life — not the one who’s dieting to fit into a certain size. After all, it’s all about what we do with what we’ve got, not how we look!
