The #FBGAntiDiet Challenge: Get the Body You Want and a Life You’ll Love

Countdown to our book coming out is just a little more than six weeks to go! Or 46 days to be exact. Woot! And we hear that we may have actual copies to give away early — so stay tuned for that! But today, it’s time to drop another little nugget of #FBGAntiDiet wisdom on ya. With lots of love, of course. And this week’s Fit Bottomed Girls Anti-Diet meme is pretty much our promise to you.

Get-body-you-want

That’s right — getting the body you want and the life of your dreams aren’t mutually exclusive. In fact, you can’t have one without the other. Too much deprivation to get “skinny” (eye roll at that word!), and you won’t like your life. Not enough activity or eating too much processed foods, and you won’t have the energy to do the things you really want to do. (And remember what it is you really want to do!) But by living the anti-diet life where you show yourself love by moving often and eating healthy foods while still working in plenty of treats and making no foods “bad” (bad = guilt, guilt = no bueno), you too can have both a body and life that you are absolutely in love with.

Someone who’s living this? Our reader Brynn Andre who — despite a blizzard — found a way to get her workout in and enjoy doing it, too, by pairing it with a little morning TV.

She’s right: It is all about designing your life! If you’d love to win and be featured like Brynn was, use the the hashtag #FBGAntiDiet on FacebookInstagram, PinterestTwitterTumblr or Google+, and we just might pick you to feature next week and send a box of free fit goodies to!
