4. Ryu Loose Tank, $28. You know how, sometimes, you just want to wear something loose and soft and comfy and simple for your workout? Not a strappy tank that requires 10 minutes of untangling to pull on correctly, and not a cute top that only really works with the right running shorts — something bright and fun that covers all the bits but doesn’t catch or pull anywhere? (And, umm, especially if you have a spot or two around your middle that’s maybe not rock hard?) That’s this tank. It’s basic as they come, but feels crazy cozy and the Blazing Yellow one I’ve been sporting looks pretty slick with an equally colorful sports bra. It does show sweat pretty quickly, but it’s thin and the material wicks well enough that it doesn’t stay soaked for too long. —Kristen
