6. Moxie Heather Layered Tank Jersey, $65. The majority of cycling jerseys in my closet are VERY CLEARLY cycling jerseys. There’s nothing wrong with that, but it means they might not get as much wear as some of my other tanks. This tank jersey from Moxie is different — the layered detail means it gives a nice, snug fit where necessary (ahem, up top — I can cycle and even jog without having to add an extra bra, although jumping around might push the limits a bit) but doesn’t cling or squeeze elsewhere. The gripping material on the bottom hem keeps it in place whether you’re bending down to get into aero position or getting in a post-ride downward dog. And the colors! I have the aqua, and I love it, but the coral and violet are really vivid and gorgeous, too. And, like all cycling jerseys, it features ample pockets in the back, and that’s come in handy for plenty of workouts that didn’t take me anywhere near a bike. —Kristen
