7 Fitness Books to Add to Your Reading List

80-20-Running-book

1. 80/20 Running: Run Stronger and Race Faster By Training Slower

Our virtual bud Matt Fitzgerald knows running. And his new book is filled to the brim with awesome advice on how to train smarter, not harder. Following the 80/20 formula (hey, we dig those numbers!) of doing 80 percent of your runs at a lower intensity and 20 percent at a higher intensity, it’s a great plan and fabulous advice for beginners to advanced runners. We especially love Matt’s sections on proper running form (to prevent injury and help you run farther), why you need to train your brain, too, and how to keep your pace and strength up no matter your age.
