3. The Fat Burn Revolution: Boost Your Metabolism and Burn Fat Fast

Who doesn’t want to boost her metabolism and burn fat fast? We’re not ones for just about anything with the word “fat” in the title, but — despite the marketing — this book has some great info in it. From advice for beginners on how to get started to workout programs for the regular exercisers looking to take things up another couple of notches, we love how author Julia Buckley focuses on effective and fast workouts that don’t require any fancy equipment to get results. There are tons of photos featuring real women — and there’s plenty of nutrition advice included, too!
