    I’ve decided this will be the year I stop ‘dieting’ and work on conscious eating. Trying to focus on if I’m really hungry, and why I’m craving certain foods. Plus I signed up for my first ever 10k race – I really want fitness to be my focus this year.

    2015 is going to be a great year. It’s all about “me”. That’s right…..selfish….I don’t think so. You have to be good to yourself before you can be good to others. I am gong to move more, eat healthier, live life and enjoy all things. By the time you reach your 50’s….this mantra becomes more and more true.

    Having failed miserably other years before I have decided that I have lied enough to myself and my body deserves the best. Beating depression has always been difficult since I refuse to be on medication, when I started going to the gym it helped tremendously. I want to continue nope let me rephrase that I will continue to go to the gym I want to get healthy and I want to look and feel FABULOUS!!!

    The past three years I have had three surgeries including a full hysterectomy trying to figure out what is causing an unusual and severe abdominal pain. In the process I have gained almost 60lbs (and am going thru medically-induced menopause at 33 years old) and am just now finally getting some possible answers. This whole ordeal has taken its toll on my body and mind. 2015 I WILL get rid of this weight somehow and (hopefully) it will be the first year I haven’t had a surgery. Happy New Year and thank you for the opportunity at such a wonderful prize! 🙂

I kicked butt all year of ’14 until November, and have felt the worst I have in 2 years because of it.   43. 2015 will be my year because in 2014 I set out to lose 70 lbs and I only have 33 to go. During my journey last year I went from never working out to earning an orange belt in karate, to a regular at Zumba to having a home gym we pieced together from family or items cheap from Craig’s List. I am having to do this on a tight budget, so I take advantage of the free Zumba at a local gym and tips, tricks etc I find on the web. I am slowly making a lifestyle changes to get healthier & fit. In 2014 I gave up coffee & sodas and I drank a ton of both. The end of Jan 2015 I will run my first 5k!!!! This for sure will be my best year yet. Thanks for your kind consideration and for all you do to help us all.

    I had my first child in 2014 and I want to get healthier to better keep up with and enjoy my time with him and ensure that I’m around to watch him grow up! I also want to set a good example for him so I plan to focus on introducing him to healthy food and snacks and involving him in my workouts and help us lead a more active lifestyle!

    I have type 1 diabetes and my A1C has been right on target for the last 3 months, which is something I have struggled with. I plan to keep that trend through 2015 and also start exercising a lot more.

    i am a full time student and work everyday after school except weekends. I dont think you need a new years resolution to start your life, i started working out closer to the end of 2014 waking up at 6am to work out or working out once i got home at 8pm and sometimes doing both getting to bed at 11, doesnt seem like much but man does it feel like a long day! 2015 is definitely MY year to shine AKA sweat, i have my goals set high and i am not going to give up! I cannot wait to get this package and get to my goal faster and even go over my goal, i know i can do it and im ready with a big smile! This is it!!

    2014 was a rough year for my health including surgery and diagnoses of my 5th disease ontop of being a mom of 3 little girls and a military wife , I found it extremely hard to get to the gym. 2015 is going to be my year and I am going to make the healthy lifestyle changes so I am around for my kids and husband for many years to come.     2015 my year! Next year I turn 40. So I have this year to fit into Sissy Jean size 34. Joined Crossfit and started first class 5 Jan. Added shake to breakfast meal plan. Halfway to my goal!

    I think I need to test the true benefits of this machine. Considering I am 40+ , certain bits and pieces of me are starting to show the effects of the gravitational pull. Just saying, us older ladies need to be given a certain consideration.

    It’s going to be my year because the whole family is getting in on it. My mother in law has started walking with me, my husband is committed to losing weight for the first time in a long time.     Oh I would love Tom’s book! Well I am excited that I actually started BEFORE the beginning of the year to make things easier and couldn’t be happier. I am exercising more regularly and yay, more energy but my real fitness goal is to gain more muscle and that will take time of course. I’m well on my way though and can move the stiff joints a little easier. Muscle building is on it’s way!

    I’ve just had my third child.
    I’ve been on a weight loss journey since before I got pregnant with my first child.
    I lost weight, and I got pregnant.
    I lost that weight, plus 10 pounds, and I got pregnant.
    I lost THAT weight, plus 10 pounds, and… yep.

    3 is my magic number. Our family isn’t getting any larger.
    Now it’s time to get in the shape I tried to get into 6 years ago.
    I’ve learned so much while on this journey.

    2015 Is going to be a great year! I am happy to say that in 2014 I was able to work off 40 lbs, drop 4 dress sizes and stick to a Paleo lifestyle. In 2015 I plan to continue with my journey, burning fat and building muscle!
    In 2014 I got engaged to my wonderful boyfriend of just over 2 years. I have never been married in my life! 2015 might be the year!!!!
    2015 my daughter graduates college!!! Oh ya! She is growing up! Yes, I will probably still be a helicopter parents, but hey…it comes with the generation! It’s not always a bad thing, maybe she will fly us across country where the weather is WARM! phew! brrr it’s cold outside this week!

    I have to get “back to business” with my health in 2015 – in 2013, I lost 40 lbs and felt the best I had in years – I accomplished that with diet and exercising with my daughter who left for Army boot camp in January 2014 – since she was my first child to leave home, this was extremely hard emotionally for me, so I returned to old bad habits when I no longer had my workout partner and best friend to turn to! I have to get back on track this year!!!!

    I have lost 90 pounds over the past few years and have picked up running along the way. I am going to make 2015 the year that I make all of my running goals/PR’s. I am going to do that through cross training and push myself! I will make 2015 my year!

    2015 WILL BE MY YEAR!!! I use to be in shape and was a Fitmess Instructor. 6 years ago I got hit by a sub when I had the right away to cross the street in the crosswalk I had to be out the gym for 2 1/2 yrs and had the ok to get back in the gym. Well I got back in the gym like I use to and over did it and had to be out again. Last year was a very stressful year with losing my house and this year will be my year to recover physically, mentally & spirituality. 2015 IS MY YEAR!!

    2014 was a crappy year! I had a horrible break up, my dad passed away and now I’m caring for my disabled mom and working full-time. This is going to be my year because I’m committed to being healthy. I don’t want to end up like my mom, having a stroke and my dad, passing away because of a heart disease.
