Tuesday, February 10: How do you love thee? Let you count the ways! Or, you know, write a haiku (or 12!) about what you love about you. Share with us with #FBC on social — remember that the Fit Bottomed Challenge prize fairy is on the loose and may pick you to win free fit goodies next!

Thursday, February 12: For Thoughtful Thursday, it’s time to get inspired by reading these amazing success stories. We promise they’ll pump you up!

Friday, February 13: Up for a challenge? Of course you are! Take the 10-minute plank and push-up challenge here. Remember, no matter how far you get in it, just doing it is worth celebrating.

Saturday, February 14: Happy Valentine’s Day! Celebrate with a loved one or friend and have a workout date! Here are some ideas for workouts you can do together.

Sunday, February 15: Old Man Winter may still be in full effect, but that doesn’t mean you can’t have a little fun inside. Surfs up, dudettes, with these surf-inspired yoga poses. Try ’em and feel great!

Which day are you most psyched about doing? For me it’s haikus. I’m always a sucker for those.Jenn
