March is going out like a lamb with the last nine days of the Fit Bottomed Challenge. Here’s what you can expect until the end of the month! Haven’t been keeping up? Don’t worry, you can jump in any time and there is a brand-new month just around the corner!

What to Expect This Week of the Fit Bottomed Challenge: March 23-31, 2015

Monday, March 23: It’s the last week of the streak! You did it in Week 1, Week 2 and Week 3, so we’re keeping it going for Week 4. Try to keep your streak going or pick a new one: yoga, meditation, journaling or eating mindfully (get more mindful eating ideas over on Fit Bottomed Eats here!).

Tuesday, March 24: Fun with friends is good, but not when it turns into body-bashing yourselves. Make a vow to banish fat talk for good!

Wednesday, March 25: Change your mindset to lift heavier. You can do it. Really!

Thursday, March 26: Watch a sunset. Or a sunrise. Or if you’re feeling crazy, both!

Friday, March 27: Time for your favorite workout! Use that mantra you set earlier.

Saturday, March 28: It’s the weekend so you’ve got some spare time, we hope! Go for a 30- to 60-minute run/walk and leave the tunes at home.

Sunday, March 29: Hit up a Pilates or yoga class with a friend. Snap a pic and tag us on Instagram @FitBottomedGirl for a chance to win prizes. No class? Invite a friend over to do a DVD or an online video!

Monday, March 30: Tack two more days onto your streak. You can do it, it’s just two days!

Tuesday, March 31: Take a moment to reflect on your streaks. Would you want to keep streaking? Tweet us @FitBottomedGirl to let us know how you did!

Come back next Wednesday for the unveiling of the April Fit Bottomed Challenge theme and monthly calendar! Now, who’s ready for a peaceful no-music stroll or jog? I love getting away from the noise sometimes. Erin
