Feeling like a superhero who’s sprung into action? We hope so, ’cause that’s the whole point of our Fit Bottomed Challenge this month! And this second week of the challenge is all about feeling SUPER.

What to Expect This Week of the Fit Bottomed Challenge: April 6-12, 2015

Monday, April 6: Get to feeling like a superhero by eating superfoods! Get the deets on all the superfoods we think are pretty rad and worth trying here (there’s something for everyone!).

Tuesday, April 7: Spring into action today by telling us (@FitBottomedGirl on Twitter and Instagram) at least five ways that you’re getting fit now. Remember to use #FBGChallenge when sharing for a chance to win fit goodies!

Wednesday, April 8: Do the below superhero circuit! (And here’s a quick guide to doing Supermans.)

Thursday, April 9: Here at FBG, we believe that we all have an inner superhero just waiting to bust out and save the day with healthy decisions. Last week we had you brainstorm what healthy superpowers you wish you had, and today we want you to take it a step further by picking your inner superhero’s theme song. Rock, pop, oldies, rap … it doesn’t matter. Just pick a song that feels right and pumps you up. Stumped? There are some great suggestions on this get-strong playlist.

Friday, April 10: Today we want you to pick your fave form of cardio (running, biking, walking, etc.) and do it … FAST! If you need some tunes to power you up, try this fast-beat workout playlist to get you going.

Saturday, April 11: It’s time you bust a move — and build strength with this workout.

Sunday, April 12: Forget cleaning the house; today we want you to spring clean your core. Try these fun moves that work your middle!
