What to Expect This Week of the Fit Bottomed Challenge: April 13-19

Monday, April 13: Last week you tried new superfoods for Munch It Monday, and this week we want to know what foods make you feel like Superwoman. Hop on the ol’ Twitter and tell @FitBottomedEats with #FBGChallenge for a chance to win free fit goodies!

Tuesday, April 14: Man of Steel. I have the powerCowabunga! Yeah, every good superhero (yes, even Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) needs a wicked awesome tagline. Which is why today we challenge you to find a new mantra, phrase or quote that inspires you. Here are a few of our faves!

Wednesday, April 15: You know that superhero circuit workout you’ve been doing? Time to take it up another notch by increasing your reps. Aim to do this circuit three times through: 20 jumping jacks, 20 squats, 20 push-ups, 20 high-knees and 20 supermans!

Thursday, April 16: So far, each Thursday, you’ve gotten one step closer to really envisioning your inner superhero. You have his or her traits, theme song — and this week, we want you to pick his or her outfit. Is it all glitter and rainbows? Black leather and studs? Animal fur with a mohawk? Have fun with it!

Friday, April 17: Being a Fit Bottomed Girl means you embrace FBG-ness everywhere you go. Including at work! So today, practice being a workplace heroine with these ideas.

Saturday, April 18: It’s a booty-full Saturday! And all superheros have strong butts. It’s kind of a universal rule. So why not do some butt-building yoga with this amazing workout?

Sunday, April 19: Earth Day is coming up, and we want you to make the most of your Sunday by getting outside for some HIIT with this workout. It’s a super way to appreciate Mother Nature. (See what we did there?)
