Juice Cleanse or Raw Food Detox?
Are you Team Juice or Team Raw when it comes to resetting your healthy eating habits? I got pretty into my three-day juice cleanse, while Susan stayed true to her love of yummy raw eats.

Raw sounds more doable to me!
Something quick and easy. I take a greens supplement because im busy and dont have the time to prep.
