What to Expect This Week of the Fit Bottomed Challenge: June 8-14

Monday, June 8: You know how spices can help your health now, so it’s time to put that knowledge to use by making a spicy recipe. Try this sriracha-glazed chicken recipe or this spicy edamame recipe if you like heat, and if you prefer your spice more on the mild side, try this Moroccan chicken recipe. Sooo good.

Tuesday, June 9: Damn, it feels good to sweat, doesn’t it? Write a haiku about why you love to get your sweat on and share it with us on Twitter (@FitBottomedGirl)!

Wednesday, June 10: Don’t have time for a workout before or after work today? Squeeze it in over lunch with these tips.

Thursday, June 11: On this Thoughtful Thursday, we want you to love your jiggle. Watch this video and vow to love it!

Friday, June 12: Life’s a beach! And even if you don’t have a beach to work out on, we challenge you to do this beach interval workout.

Saturday, June 13: It’s a Booty-full Saturday, and we want you to celebrate by seeing how many burpees you can do in 10 minutes. (Last week you did 5 minutes of burpees … see a pattern possibly emerging here?)

Sunday, June 14: Sundays are fun-days, so make the most of it — and the warmer weather — with a new summer workout. Share which new workout you’re trying with @FitBottomedGirl and #FBGChallenge!
