What to Expect This Week of the Fit Bottomed Challenge: June 15-21

Monday, June 15: Heat up your kitchen by baking a new healthy dessert. Remember, being an FBG isn’t about deprivation, and all of these dessert recipes are certainly satisfying. Try one!

Tuesday, June 16: There are probably a few things you’d like to change about yourself. But watch this video and learn to love everything about yourself.

Wednesday, June 17: We’re not about perfection … unless you’re talking about perfect form. In which case we say, learn how to do a perfect push-up today — and then do at least a couple, if not lots of them!

Thursday, June 18: Today we want you to get your om on with this Loving Kindness Meditation. Feel the love!

Friday, June 19: Grab your honey or a friend and get sweaty with these fun fit date night ideas.

Saturday, June 20: Last week we challenged you to do as many burpees in 10 minutes as possible. And this week, we want you to do the same thing for 15 minutes. Let the sweat pour.

Sunday, June 21: Learn how to properly hydrate up, and then hit the neighborhood, a park or a trail for a long walk, run or hike outdoors. Snap a sweaty selfie and share with us on Instagram!
