July Fit Bottomed Challenge Week 3: Ah, Push It

You’ve been pushing it for two weeks now, and it’s time to keep it up. Because, yes, you can do more! Yes, you can go farther! Yes, you can push harder! And, yes, you can put Salt-N-Pepa on repeat on your iPod.

Psyched to push it some more? Here’s what’s in store this week!

What to Expect This Week of the Fit Bottomed Challenge: July 13-19

Monday, July 13: Say bye-bye to smoothie boredom with these 50 ingredients. Try at least one today!

Tuesday, July 14: You know what you don’t need in your life? The pursuit of perfection. Not only is it impossible to reach, but even if you could, it would make you way boring. Break any perfectionist tendencies with this good reminder.

Wednesday, July 15: You can’t get better at something if you aren’t challenged! So today, try a harder push-up by either trying a few from your toes instead of your knees or — if you’re already doing push-ups on your toes, try some of these harder variations. Remember this month’s theme and PUSH IT!

Thursday, July 16: Think of at least 10 things that you’re grateful for. Then share a few of them with us on Instagram or Twitter with #FBGChallenge for the chance to win a fit prize pack that’s customized just for you!

Friday, July 17: They’re back from last month … fartleks! Work some into your workout today to push your pace.

Saturday, July 18: We’re tacking on another five minutes and five reps to last Saturday’s workout for a total of 30 minutes of your fave cardio plus 20 push-ups. You got this!

Sunday, July 19: Sunday is fun day and we want you to hit the pool. If you’re pooped, just relax poolside guilt-free. But if you’re game for some exercise, try one of these swimming workouts!

What day are you most psyched about? Jenn
